What Causes Lighter Periods, Nausea, Headache And Fatigues?

my period was only a day and a half, i've been having mild off & on nausea, headaches, and fatigue w/eye circles all of which are not normal for me but my breasts are NOT tender and i did get my period just short one. i was also traveling overseas and thought this might have toyed with my hormones? im 38 and not trying to get pregnant but does this sound like it may be a possibility due to the signs listed above?
