What Causes Longer Periods With Sweats And Blood In Urine?

For the past 2 years I have been going through the change. I use to have my periods 5 days now its 2 and recentlt the last 2 have been longer. My cramps are bad even though im not bleeding much. Im tired and dont have much energy. Sweats on and off all the time and chills that follow. Im 42 and yes I have had blood in y urine over 5 years now. Can you tell me anything as i can not go to the dr.
