Im a 45 yr old female i have DDD in cervial spine and lower lumbard,latest MRI showsl4-l5 mild disc height loss disc desiccation with diffuse disc bulge and mild faucet hypertrophy.Mild to moderate right sided neural foramen narrowing.There is minor narrowing of of the with mild to moderate right and mild left sided lateral recesses.L5 S1disc height loss desiccation and end plate midic one and two changes.Disc appearsto be contacting the exiting right L5 nerve root with mild left sided neural foramen narrowing .No significant spinal stenosis
