What Causes Menstruation After A Delay Of Three Months?

Gud eveDoctor.. I'm 50 yrs old i did not menstruate for almost 3 months (Jan,Feb.March)then last April I hve my menstruation for 6days days only but on the last week of April I have again my menstuation.. and it flows continuaosly upto June
I went to my OBGYNE I undergo ULTRA Sound
and she told me that my ovary is normal perhaps it is hormonal embalance but later she told me that my left ovary seem there's thickening and she advice me to have "RASPA"
I did not come back because the following week seems no more... but this early part of July again ...I have my menstruation but not so Heavy... the color is a little light but sometime it is very red... it seems that it very irregular... I did not felt any pain in my tummy ... infact i can work very well and I thank God for it.... MY height is only 4"11 but my weight is 70 Kilos. For my BP its not the same sometimes 140/90 and the latest is 130/80...Please Help me...Thank you.. and God Bless
