What Causes Migraines And Dizziness After Surgical Abortion?

i had a surgical abortion done on jan.10,2011. but i never followed up after two weeks. iv been getting really bad migraines and very dizzy and just today i started having brown discharge. my doctor never told me anything at all about the whole process. i came in at 7 in the morning and he never showed up some other doctor came at 3pm and did his job. its was just horrible. now i just need to know if there is somthing wrong with me or do i need to head out to the hospital?
