What Causes Missing Periods Even After Medication?

Hi I am taking contraceptive pill Shali from last three months but I am not having my periods so I visited the doctor and she prescribed me the Deviry tab for five days two tablets a day I have completed the course and it is now my 5th day please suggest me what to do.
