What Causes Missing Periods For Months?

HELLO, I HAVEN'T HAD A PERIOD IN OVER 4 MONTHS. I NO I'M NOT PREGNANT HAVEN'T BEEN HAVING SEXUAL INTERCOURSE. I'M ON AN ANTIBIOTIC CEFDROXIL FOR LIFE, WAS JUST TRYING TO SEE IF THAT HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH MY PROBLEM. MY MENSTRUAL ARE ALWAYS IRREGULAR.
