What Causes Nausea, Food Aversions And Frequent Urination?

I am concerned because I had my mirena IUD removed on the 10th of this month, 19 days ago. I had it in for 3.5 years and have had a suppressed period for around 3 years. When it was removed I did not have any bleeding and still have not had any. I have been having a lot of pregnancy symptoms and honestly, feel pregnant, but when I take a hpt it comes back negative. My temperature has been running around 99.6, i have had bouts of nausea/dizziness, increased smell, food adversions, more tired than normal, and urinating more frequently. I guess my question is, is it possible to be pregnant already or are my hormones most likely playing tricks on me? I know within the first week or so your hormones are adjusting but im 3 weeks out and still having symptoms. your help is appreciated!
