What Causes Nodules All Over Hands, Feet, Toes And Knees?

I have nodules all over my hands, some on my feet and toes and a few on on knees. I dont have any abnormal swelling. I have had all kinds of blood work and everything comes back normal. I am tired all the time. I dont want to keep going to the doctor when this could be nothing.
