What Causes Not Getting Periods,depression And Restlessness?

I have stop getting my period 1 yr now i am feeling hot flashes with sweat at night. extrem depression sympton restless.. I tried black coash and nothing un top of all this my libido did not decrease it increase and driving me crazy..I want to replace my estrogen and proggesterone with natural product. i don't have medical insurance to see a doctor what is your recommendation.
