What Causes Numb Tingling Spots On Legs Arms And Spine?

Ok well for thr past 2 weeks i get these numb tingling spots on my legs, arms and spine. Its kind of like when u get a shiver except its random and it hits in random spots. It also stays a lot longer. Lately i have been having horrible migraines, and my head goes numb from time to time. I have been getting a lot more tired lately also. The left side of my head went numb for about 2 minutes earlier today..and it hurt reallt bad. Im in great shape, im about to turn 14 so im young. Not taking any meds atm..can someone help me? My back is also hurting really bad. Lately i have noticed i get really hot when its cold, like a fever. I dont know what could be causing this but do you have any ideas?
