What Causes Numbness In Labia And Painfully Sensitive Clitoris?

I began to feel symptoms of a yeast infection, minor itching and burning, and ran out to get Vagisil asap. Now, about 2 hours later, I still feel a very minor amount of these symptoms, but my labia is numb to the touch, and my clitoris is painfully sensitive. Could this be a side affect of the Vagisil, or was this something different than a common yeast infection?
