What Causes Numbness In Left Foot While Having Tarlov Cyst And Disc Bulge In Back?

had a fall on ice, onto my back. disc bulging T11-S1, no herniations. i have a tarlov cyst at S2, it s 2.3cm and remodeling/scalloping the sacrum. back pain has resolved, but i still have numbness and tingling in my left foot and constant bowel urgency with severe constipation. i saw a gastroenterologist for constipation who said it could be a pinched nerve. from the cyst, maybe? workers comp doctor says its not.
