What Causes Numbness In My Legs, Arms And Lip?

I have low thyroid and am on treatment for it. I have been experiencing a slow tongue feeling and woke up with a numb feeling (not actually numb) in my legs arms and lip. I also get a funny feeling in my tongue. I am an anxious person, so don't know if its from anxiety or what?
