What Causes Open Spots On Penis?

hi , i have an open raw spot almost to the top of my penis where the skin folds back, lefft side. its a round small spot about 3mm. it's not watery or released any inflamation. i've noticed it about 3 weeks, looks unchanged. no problems with urination, no pain. what is it?
