What Causes Orange Color Discharge From The Vagina Without Periods?

The last couple of months my period been irregular i missed it for almost 3 months then it came for a week first two days heavy then the rest of the week on and off. With negative pregnancy tests Then this time My period ain t suppose to start til the 11of June according to my app on my phone but its now 24 days later since the first day of my last period and I been spotting and when I wiped it was a orange tint but only one time I put a tampon in and took it out it was empty. No blood on it. Then over night nothing now when I wipe there s blood but not enough to put a tampon in just when I wipe. .what could be wrong?
