What Causes Overactive Bladder With Bloody Stools?

Hi, I had a total hysterectomy July 12th of this year. Afterwards, I had a tear in my vaginal cuff, several air pockets, confirmed diagnosis of an overactive bladder and my urethra is closing after urination. About 3 days ago, I started noticing bloody stools and its somewhat heavy. My question or concern is should I see my doctor about the bloody stools and should I be concerned about this issue?
