What Causes Ovulation Pain After Monthly Period?

Sir, I m experiencing ovulation pain for last one year, it happens after my monthly period over. I hv already done ultrasound and found no problem at all. This pain occurs at right abdomen and back pain and lasts for 3/4 days every month. Kindly suggest what to do.
