What Causes Pain And Soreness In Labia With Pain In Hip And Inner Thigh?

I have pain and soreness in my labia on one side accompanied by hip and inner thigh pain. It comes and goes over a week or so. At the moment it's really irritating and I feel pressure on that side too. Like my lymph glands are swollen or something. It's very worrying. Some days I will have no symptoms at all. Others I will have bad aching in my inner thigh and back of leg and vulva, like a throbbing pain. I dont know if this is a related! I have had a clicky right hip for years and scoliosis which unbalances my body, but why should my vulva on one side suddenly become sore like this over the last three months?! :-(
