What Causes Pain Below Breast Bone And Rib Cage?

Once or twice a month for about 10 monthes i have been getting this severe pain right below my breast bone.. it also hurts below my right rib cage, all on my right side, across my shoulder blades and in the middle of my back.. the pain mostly comes at night but twice it has came during the day.. and its so severe it hurts to sit, stand, or walk.. it also hurt worse when breathing or talking.. about an hour or two into the pain i usually throw up a brown color.. and then then pain slowly goes away.. but twice it has came back so severe after throwing up, i started sweating really bad and couldnt move.. the pain last anywhere from 2 hours and just last night hit a 23 hour mark.. i have no clue what this can be.. my aunt tells me it could be my gallbladder..
