What Causes Pain From Lower Throat Area Near Apical Area Of Heart?

i am 46 years old i weight 270 pounds tonight my blood preasure is 150 over 85 my pulse rate is 92 and my respirations are 28 i am feeling pain in throat area and from lower throat area pain down near apical area of heart. i think its because i dont get enough sleep and work hard without apprpriate diet at least this is what my wife thats studying to be a nurse says but really i dont know can you give me some imput or advice about my vitals
