What Causes Pain In Arms Before Periods?
Last month and then again this month, I am having pain down my left arm. I am also e.perish ing pain in my hand and shoulder. It happened about a week prior to my period last month and went away a few days later. I am now experiencing this again a week prior to my period. Should I be alarmed.
