What Causes Pain In Hip Joint?

i have right hip joint pain for 1 year now... several months ago i did ESR test and CRP test and they were very high and ASLO and it was -ve i used NSAID for long times , sometimes they work and the pain becomes so faint but later it comes back again , i went to many doctors , one of them told me it can be recurrent viral arthritis and gave me NSAID but again the pain subsides and comes again , sometimes it happens in the left hip joint too , i can t know what is wrong with me .i m 20 years old girl
