hi! i'm female, with kids delivered through C section and ligated, i feel pain in my left lower abdomen. pain last lasts 3 seconds, interval of about 20 minutes. i have no vaginal discharges, stool soft, formed. no difficulty in urinating. what could be the problem. thanks
