What Causes Pain In Lower Right Abdomen?

This morning I woke up with lower right abdominal pain. its dull and feels almost like cramping. It gets worse when i hold in my pee. Also, my period changed days about 2 months ago from the 1st of every month to areound the 14th. It changes every few months and i dont know why. ovarian cyst? ovulation pain? bladder infection?
