What Causes Pain In Pelvis Region And Bleeding While Using Mirena IUD?
i have had the Mirena IUD for 2 and a half years now. Recently i have been having sharp shooting pains in the pelvic region, following with bright red blood. It is not a period because i havent had one since the IUD was inserted. Could my IUD be imbedding in my uterus, or a possible perforation?
