What Causes Pain In Right Hip And From Right Knee To Heel?

hi! I am 32 yrs old male. Height is 172 cms and 72 kg wt. having pain in rt. hip and from rt. knee to upto heel. its very sever and continue in alll positions for last 3 weeks. pain is less from last 2 weeks but not improving. had consulted the doc & is saying its scitica pain had X-ray and report is loss of lumbar and muscular spasm. as i m serving in defence cannot go to civil doc directely. so plse suggest me
