What Causes Pain In The Hip After A Total Replacement?

I am 44, 5'1" and approx 9st 10lb. i was born with a dislocated hip which was corrected at birth, i also had club feet which required corrective suregery. I also suffer from epilepsy. for about 2 months i have had the equivalent of urine constipation. i have a full bladder, but when i sit on the loo it takes about 3-4 mins before i go and even then it is not all in one go. It doesn't burn or hurt. i have other on going problems incl muscle problems (arthrogryposis). i had a total hip rep. nearly 3 years ago and i'm still getting pain in that hip. I am also being referred to a consultant for my shoulders as the joints are in constant pain. i get constant pain in various parts of my muscles and joints and i do suffer from arthritis.
