What Causes Pain In The Intestine After Removing The Endometriosis ?

I had laproscopic oomphetemoy with a cystoscope to remove severe endometriosis and a 10cm complex solid cyst. The surgery was a week ago and I have abdominal pain, nausea and dizziness. I also have had a headache since the surgery. The left ovary was removed and I am feeling pain in my intestines and on lower right side as well. My surgeon had to remove large amounts of endometriosis from my bladder and uterus. Is is moral to still feel so crappy 1 week out?
