What Causes Pain In The Joints Of The Knee, Wrist And Hand?

i am diagnosed with latent TB infection as mantaux skin test showed PPD of 20 mm along with lung lession . sputum was negative . I have been put on antibiotic treatment since a past 20 days . since past 2 days i am having pain in joints which last for few hours and then reduces .joints affected are knee, hand and wrist joints . can it be side effect of medication or some vitamin defiency ? I heard that Vitamin B6 defiency is observed during TB .Please advice .
