What Causes Pain In The Neck,back And Hip Area?

For a long time I have had 'hot spots' of pain in my neck front and back on the right, and part way down to the spine on my right side. MOre recently I have been suffering more acute pain on my right lower back about my hip area. Another thing that I have been feeling for a few eeks now is a very slight tingling in my right testical (almost like a very low electric current going through it). I don't feel it when I am active but when I am lying in bed or relaxing. Can all these things be related particularly as they are all on the right hand side. I was thinking about going to see a chiropractor.
