What Causes Pain In The Right Side Of The Hip And Lower Back?

Hi, I am a 55 year old woman, 85 kilos and 5' 8" tall and for the last 5 years have had right side pain in hip and lower back...after some investigation i was told that my right leg was shorter that my left by about 2cm...I also had an MRI Scan and a Bone Scan on my pelvis as there was some shadowing on my last xray...this had shown that my right pelvic bone had thickened...they tested me for Pagets Desease which came back neg...and left it at that...so was not diagnosed was just told that it was 'one of the things'..my pain has increased in the last year and i have a pulling sensation all the time...my right thight goes numb and my back is so stiff and painfull that some days i feel like i am 80 years old....i have another appointment in two weeks that i made not them...any suggestions dr?
