What Causes Pain On Navel Side After Laparoscopy?

pain on the left side of navel four days after diagnostic laparascopy, it is not reducing with the other pains. right side no pain at all. I am worried something is damaged. Goes away for a while with pain medication but I am having trouble sitting and even lying down like something is knotted. this side was pulsating with pain after anesthesia wore off. I am worried that the pain is not getting less plus this side is tender and looks swollen than right side and feels hot to the touch.Even the incision is less painful.
