What Causes Painful Breasts With Fluctuating Prolactin Levels?
I have constant painful full feeling breasts an intermittent high/normal prolactin levels, milk discharge from left breast only and no prolactinoma. Blood results confusing. Possible PCOS but no other PCOS related symptoms such as acne or obesity? Really confused as to what is going on.
