What Causes Painful Lumps In The Vagina?

HII have noticed really hard/rough tiny bumps (they are flesh colored) in a straight line from my vaginal opening to just above my urethra. They are painful and do not go away. When I was younger, I had a growth tested and it came back as non-conlcusive. I always thought the discomfort was due to that. Now I am not sure. I have discharge and burning, as well. I am not sure what this could be?
