What Causes Painful Red Lumps On Legs And Thighs?

I have painful red lumps on my legs and thighs periodically my entire body tingles but for now only my feet. my arms are stiff my sides and lower back hurts and i have been fighting a fever. It started as one lump i thought to be a spider by and than became over a dozen varying in size and tenderness oh my hands also feel funny. could this have anything to do with sleep deprivation since i have not had much sleep lately
