What Causes Painful Urination And Cramps?

I have an irregular period..often time periods between 1 and 4 months apart...my nipples are really tender to the touch and there are tiny white specs on the tips...also I'm having painfully frequent urination, and cramps which is unnormal for me if I'm just getting to start my period which I haven't had In 2 months...any answers?
