What Causes Painful Vaginal Hole?

right side of pee hole turned purple, no pain, no spreading, no discomfort, just discoloration. it's been about 3 weeks and no change. i am sexually active but i use protection and never had sex unprotected. can somebody diagnose this? i cant seem to find anything online.
