What Causes Passing Of Blood Clots And Pain In Left Ovary?

Hi,I am 24 years old and two years ago I had an ectopic pregnancy in my left ovarie and ever since then I have had terrible pain on my left side everyday and it worsens when I have my period. For the past 5 months I have not been feeling well, and have not been able to have a normal BM. Im usually 4-5 days before I go. So not sure if that has anything to do with it? I was sene in urgent care two nights ago and they thought I could be pregnant, but the labs came back negative. I started my period last night and I have passed 4 large dark (almost black) clots. First two were about the diameter of a baseball. I am having alot of pain in my left ovarie, left side, upper left stomach, and leg. I just developed on my upper left thigh a dark line that looks like a darg green vein and at the top of the vein it turns red. I called Urgent Care and they said I need to be seen by a O.B.G.Y.N. i called 5 of them and I can not get in until next week or later. Do you think I should go to the E.R.?
