What Causes Pelvic Pain And Fever In Post Menopause Woman?

59 years old, 4 years post menopause, 4 months of episodic pain lasting about a week each time, 2 weeks ago, pain retuned but now have a low grade fever. transvaginal ultrasound showed a 4.5 X 6 uterine fibroid outside of the uterus. first ultrasound could not locate ovaries, second one found right ovary and possibly left ovary. fibroid is on the right side posterior to the uterus. 5 days ago I began to run a low fever (100-101) controlled by Tylenol. The second ultrsound indicated that there was no bloof flow to the fibroid. 2 months ago, bllod was found in my urine, not visible. WBC takes multiple times, always normal. Urine tested last week still shows blood. Pain is primarily low pelvic although it began in lower right back and moved to lower right lower pelvis. is now bilateral.
