What Causes Penile Pain During Urination And Intercourse?

What if I feel a slight tingle or burning sensation from time to time I took ibuprofen and it doesn't feel it anymore. But when I feel like I have to urine I have to wait a little while I was scared I may have herpes but no sores,pain,bumps, when I urinate and when I was having intercourse as I'm letting go in her I kept going even though I felt a pain could I have strained my penis!?
