What Causes Penis To Pain During Morning Erection, Groin Pain And Around Anus?

Hi doctors,
I'm having a dull penile pain during morning erections, I also have a constant groin pain, around annus and down in my leg (thigh internal part) and but tip all in the left side.
I've visited different doctors, have blood work, citoscopy, but nobody seems to know what's wrong.
Could you please help me out, I'm quite worried becuase the pain is getting worse?
