What Causes Periods Twice In A Month After Stopped Treatment For Infertility?

Hi I am bhanu 27yrs old, married for 3 yrs, last 1yr we r trying for a child so we consulted a gynic in hyd all the test were normal n they started step by step procedure to get a child and we relocated to chennai 3 months befor so stopped all the medicines 1st 2 months i got normal periods this month i got 2 periods in a month (at the day 17) n this the first time why its happening? one my friend is telling that its posible for pregnant n take self pregnancy test. could you suggest? and tell me a good gynecologist near velachery, chennai???
