What Causes Pimple Like Bumps On The Stomach?

i have a few bumps on my stomach that appear to be pimples but will not pop, recently i took a pair of finger nail clippers to one and pricked the skin, it bled and about a week later i tried popping it again, this time alot of puss cameout and it appeared as if there was a hole in my skin
