What Causes Pimples In Face And Genital Area?

I am a 28 y/o f , for the past four months i've been having some pimples on my private area and on my face ,they increased each time some fade away , i went to see my gynecologist and run some std's test but they all came negative,my primary care doctor ordered some tests, all came normal..could it be because iam a vitamin D deficiency? i dont know what to do ,please help me . thank you.
