What Causes Pimples On The Buttocks And Hip With Pain?

5 days ago i got two pimple like things, one on my butt on the right hAnd side, and one on my hip on the left. I thought they were pimples and i popped them.....now the next day the one on my butt started to grow and become painful, the one on my hip not so bad but sore.....now im finding a new one popping up everyday at the moment i have 5.....im worried, and im in sooo much pain from the one on my butt as it has grown so big and so painful.....i have not had a boil before, i am scared it may be something else, i have never experienced this pain before.....and why are so many popping up? It is now about the size of a lime....im waking up in pain and its draining all my energy....and just so you know, its NOT poor hyigene :) thankyou
