What Causes Pink Colored Lumps Around The Mouth?

Hi, I am 16 years old weighing 135 and I've never had any huge medical problems. There were small pink bumbs on the side of my lip and I picked it not knowing a scab would appear. It's dark and it has caused my lower lip to turn black. Will my lips ever turn back to it's original color?
