What Causes Pink Spots On Penile Shaft?

hey there i have qustion for Dermatologist ...Im 24 years old & as of last year i had unprotected sex first time with one person female.. i have notice three single pinkish spots on the shaft part of my penis 8 months later...they dont look collie flower shape but protray ontop the skin like wart or maybe skin tag... but kinda likes pimple forming..... but more & more look at i think its something thats been bugging me.. so whats your opinion
