What Causes Pink Vaginal Discharge?

What does it mean when light blood(pinkish) and clear water comes out of my vagina? I notice the blood after i wiped and the water was on my underwear, also there was some light blood spots on my underwear. But im not on my period though? Last time i had my period it was last month on December and i had it twice 12/3-12/7 and 12/28-12/31 and its been about 2 weeks since my period and blood and water came out and i did't even felt it come.. what's wrong with me? help!
