What Causes Pressure In Stomach After Unprotected Sex While On Depo Shot?

I took my depo shot on time every time but i always have a period before the 3 months is up and i took it about a week ago and every since i've got pressure In the Stomach. I did have unprotected sex and i did a home pregnancy test before my shot and it was neg what could it be.
